1.05 BID NOTICE TO: POTENTIAL BIDDERS
A. Sealed Bids will be received until 10:00 am local standard time on Thursday the 23rd day of September, 2021. Bids should be addressed and either mailed or delivered to:
B. Tishomingo County Board of Supervisors, 1008 Battleground Drive, Iuka, MS 38852
C. Electronic Bids will be received until 10:00 am local time on Thursday, the 23rd day of September, 2021, via electronic online bid submission through www.cceplanroom.com.
D. PROCUREMENT OF PLANS SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS shall be obtained as follows:
1. May be purchased online from www.cceplanroom.com. Contract Bid Documents, including Plans and Specifications, are issued to potential Bidders from:

2. Registering for a free account at www.cceplanroom.com will enable bidders to view and/or order and purchase Contract Bid Documents.
E. Bids will be accepted only under the name of the Bidder to whom Contract documents have been issued by Plan House Printing, on behalf of the Engineer, and whose name appears on the official list of Plan holders mainted by the Engineer on behalf of the Tishomingo County Board of Supervisors.
F. Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the Base Bid.
G. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Section 00 2113 – Instruction to Bidders and Section 00 3100 – Project Information.
H. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 (sixty) calendar days after submission.
